SPECIAL NOTE Archizoom Associati, founded in Florence in 1966, was a design studio composed of architects and designers Andrea Branzi, Gilberto Corretti, Paolo Deganello, and Massimo Morozzi, later joined by Dario and Lucia Bartolini in 1968. Their visionary project "No-Stop City" proposed a boundaryless, continuously evolving metropolis, promoting flexible interiors and a rejection of traditional urban design. Archizoom's blend of Pop Art influences and avant-garde concepts redefined design and architecture.

The Lounge chair Mod. Mies emphasizes the structural similarity to the projects of Mies van der Rohe, serving as a tribute to the great master, who died that same year. The wooden version, came into production into mid-1970's and was produced for a very short time (2-3 years). It was never been reissued since.
