SPECIAL NOTE Frederick Scott, a pioneering British furniture designer, left an indelible mark on the industry. Partnering with Hille in 1969, he revolutionized furniture design with innovative creations such as the Elephant chair and the Athena chair. In 1976, inspired by a wheelchair design, Scott introduced the internationally successful Supporto office chair. Despite the commercial risks, Hille's gamble paid off, leading to a thriving Supporto range. Scott's legacy is characterized by a fearless pursuit of innovation, reshaping the aesthetics and functionality of contemporary furniture.
