Gustavo Pulitzer an Italian professional skilled in furniture design, architecture, and urban planning, emerged as a prominent figure in the realms of naval interior and furniture design throughout the initial decades of the 20th century. In the 1930s, Gustavo Pulitzer, in cooperation with Ignazio Guidi and Cesare Valle, worked within the framework of Benito Mussolini's government to formulate an urban blueprint aimed at shaping the future growth of Carbonia, a city situated in the region of Sardinia.
