SPECIAL NOTE
Born in Parma in 1899, Erberto Carboni is a modern architect and designer. He studied architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Parma, and went on to work as a graphic illustrator. After moving to Milan in 1932, he started to collaborate with the Modern Office Magazine and other modern Italian companies, such as, 'Olivetti, Campari and Strega. Alongside his graphic design work, he continued with his architectural practice; one of his most famous projects is the transformation of the Palazzo dell'Arte in Milan for the Triennial exhibit of 1935.
